Day 56

Taking the day off no weighing and no gym

1/2 cup chopped shallots
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (2 pound) boneless top steak, trimmed
cooking spray


Mix all ingredient put steak in it ( zip lock is the best) I'd marinated it for at lest 24 hours. I tried it at 8 hours and it wasn't enough for me.

heat broiler spray pan . broil about 6 inches away for about 4 to 5 minutes a side. let rest 5 minutes then cut on the diagonal
