Day 48

217.8Cranberry Pork loin

1 pork loin (1 pound or more if you are hungry)
16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 to 1 cup cranberry juice ( I like more for more sauce)
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 Tablespoons cold water

get out your crock pot or slow cooker what ever.... Brown the pork... then throw everything in the crock pot and forget it till dinner time!

Take out the pork pour the sauce in a pan heat to boiling add a mixture of cornstarch and cold water to thicken...YUM!

ZUMBA ROCKS!!!
