I got on the scale this morning....YIKES! 198.4...Oops! I started watching what I put in my mouth again YESTERDAY. Would like to be back to 191 by December 1st. One problem is getting to the gym since I am back to work. I hate leaving the house after I am home. I'm just going to have to break through that mind set. There is a 6:30 Zumba every day but Friday . i need to hit the weights..... i am walking! Walking the dogs and Grayson daily. Going to try to walk the dogs in morning and night.
So next Wednesday I'll step on the scale and see if I'm improving! wish me luck!
