1 15 oz can black beans
small onion
1/4 bunch cilantro
4 cloves garlic
1 table spoon tahini
1 teaspoon cummin
2 table spoons lime juice
1 small tomato chopped rough or 1/2 small can of tomato
throw this all into the food processor. I throw one thing at a time starting with onion and cilantro.....
best if you let it chill for about an hour before eating but you don't have to do that.
