This has been pretty good month I went from 224 January 31 to 213.6 March 2. That is 10.4 pounds in a month ( since Feb only 28 days this year and all other months are at least 30). That is supposed to be sensible responsible weight loss... I'd still like it to be doubled...LOL!Today is my visit with the dermatologist. Hopefully he finds NO skin cancer and can get rid of this age spot i hate.
