Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits Morning!
YUM! This is the easiest Sunday morning treat!
One 10 can of crush pineapple, drain reserve the liquid
Marciano cherries
1/2 brown sugar packed
1/4 of a stick soften butter
1 can of biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Grease cupcake tin
Put one cherry in each cupcake area
Mix the brown sugar, butter, and pineapple together.
Put in cups on top of cherries
Place biscuits on top
Pour reserve liquid over the biscuits.
Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes
Flip over a cookie sheet press to cupcake tin.
Serve HOT!
I make this for morning tailgates. I made this morning to recover from the horrorific Ohio State loss... At least Vandy and UT came through for me! LOL!
