Blueberry Panckake Morning

Any day that starts off with blueberry pancakes can't be all bad.  I should have them more often it might improve my life.

I tried out the Hungry Jack Wheat Blends pancake mix supposed to be whole grain.  They taste vaguely of my from scratch whole wheat.  I think I like mine better  might be the apple sauce I use. BUT these are FAST, just add water and the blueberries.   Best thing is I ENJOYED THEM!  You have to appreciate the small things!

So the weight I gained going to Ohio is melting off.  1.4  lbs. more to get back to where I was. If I don't blow it today I should be there by  tomorrow or Saturday.  I truly just want to be able to be less self conscious.  To be able to move and have have doing any activity without being tired.  If I get to 200 by trip time I'll be so happy.  Not killing myself to do it though.....

Sabotaged

Sabotage!  Worse self sabotage with a little help from me family.  See I flew home for my nephew's wedding.  FOOD FREAKING EVERY WHERE!  As soon as I got off the plane my sister took me to Cracker Barrel. Nothing on that menu is healthy to eat! Well, salad with no dressing maybe.... anyway I ate my way through the weekend.  I tried to be to better Monday but traveling makes it extremely hard.  So I am now playing get back to where you were again.... Story of my life!

STUFFED SWEET PEPPERS! YUM!


14-16 sweet  mini peppers
1pkg fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded low fat sharp cheddar
1/2 cup shredded low fat monterey jack cheese
6 oz of reduced fat jimmy dean sausage browned crumbed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Wash and cut peppers in half removing seeds.  Brown sausage, crumb it. Mix together all ingrediets except peppers & bread crumbs.  Spoon mixture into peppers, roll in bread crumbs place on grease cookie sheet.  place in oven 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

just lighten up the ingredients makes a big difference!  You can't tell the difference either didn't miss the calories.

PLANNING

225!  WOOT! 2 ounces lost. Hey, a 2 ounce loss every day adds up! Any loss is victory, 3.8 pounds down is a fairly good start.

I handed these cook books to Katie for her to pick out recipes that sounded good to her.  I think she marked every page.  What I'm going to do today is pick out the ones I think sound delicious too and go shopping for the ingredients.  This will be the menu for the week.

I woke up with my throat on fire at 1 AM.  Sinus infection for sure, of course because I am flying out for nephews wedding. this should be fun, NOT.  No wonder I was so exhausted Tuesday and last night. BLAH!  Chicken noodle soup for lunch and a visit to the walk in clinic in the plans.

DOING THE HAPPY DANCE

225.2! DOWN A POUND! Still Fat and Phat, but that's OK.  Walk my way to a slimmer me.
I did NOT make the gym.  I was so wiped out when I got home from work last night.  I could have gone to bed at 5PM. I did manage to remove my puked on clothing, take a shower, and wash my hair. I did go to Papa Murphy's for delight pizzas for the crew that was at the house.  Ryan, Ashley, Shelby, and Jacob were visiting  Katie.  The girls are all still here...


My Mother's day flowers.  Not so beautiful any more.  good analogy for how I was feeling last night!




I may make the gym tonight.... we shall see.

Stuck at 226.2 WALK THE DOG!!!

BLAH!  I know I MUST go to the gym.  It is always the key to losing weight MORE physical activity.  So today after work I am going to go with me ear buds in place and either arch machine it or tread mill it for at least 45 minutes.  Hopefully I can find an interesting show to watch and the time will fly.  I need to get off my hump and walk the doggies again this morning.

226.2... OK you can't lose a pound every single day.  It  might help IF I exercised yesterday.  I'm going to walk the dogs so that is start.  I am SERIOUSLY thinking, contemplating getting my fat ass to the gym.  Though I am a bit afraid Zumba might kill me right now.  Working my way up to it.

SOY SAUCE, the anti-Christ?

228.4, so down, but I wanted a pound.  Maybe sushi nigiri with SOY SAUCE (even light) wasn't the best to lose my water weight. Plus one 15 minute walk isn't much exercise.  I needed to drink more water less diet coke.

So I wear a FAT dress out to dinner tonight for Jim and my 22nd Wedding Anniversary.  It still will be a FABULOUS PHAT DRESS.

I'M BACK!

So I haven't been the best blogger this year.  This is my first post in 2012 so it should be profound, but in reality it just might fall short.  Not going to beat myself up about it.  Which is a big change!  I've spent 2012 so far beating myself up about everything.  Not a healthy way to go through life.

I've let myself get FAT again.  Sorry! love to eat hate exercising.  I have a close to full time job so my gym time is cut.  I could still go, but I can't wrap my head around it right now.  Gotta do it SOON we are going on a cruise with our high school class mates!  I'd like to lose 15 just to fit clothing better.

So I am going to try to start blogging again.  We'll see how it goes.
